A powerful resource. Upon enrollment, your 220 Fitness personal trainer evaluate your current fitness level and help establish a program that leads to success. During the assessment, a one on one discussion occurs revealing your exercise history, assessing your fitness goals, and their current level of nutrition. A brief medical history is reviewed, as well as any current exercise limitations that the member may have. A series of tests are done including a postural analysis and a body fat analysis. You will leave the Active Assessment with a solid baseline for where you are, where you want to be and a plan for how you will get there.
Following the Active Assessment, we want to give you the ability to take the information you gathered to make sure you are comfortable with the facility and to make sure you are on the right track to meeting your health and fitness goals.• Current Weight

Functional Training incorporates muscle confusion — a technique that constantly challenges your muscles with varying sequences of different exercises. All the workouts include carefully planned “work” and “weekend rest days” circuits with specific rep counts. The exercises blend proven weight-room classics with Boot Camp routines. The toning ranges from classic squats and bicep curls to multi-muscle training and plyometrics exercises.

Discipline and will power only last for a very short time. For lasting results you have to design your environment for success. Develop your strategies before hand so you have backup plan when your diet and workouts don’t fit into your daily plan. This is key to long term body fat success.
#8211; Eat 5-8 small meals per day spacing them 2 ½ to 3 hours apart.
#8211; Eat every 2 ½ to 3 hours (this helps control how many calories you eat).
-The meals before 3pm should include 1 Protein 1 Carb.
#8211; The other 1-2 meals after 3pm, replace Carbs with Veggies.
#8211; One serving of Protein equals the size of your flat hand or deck of cards.
#8211; One serving of Carbohydrates equals the Size of your clenched fist.
#8211; Eat as many Veggies as you want.
#8211; Stay away from Dairy products such as: Milk, Yogurts, Cheese, and Cottage Cheese.
#8211; Drink 1 to 2 Gallon’s of water each day (depending on your activity level)
- Prepare your meals ahead of time so that they are ready when it’s time to eat!
#8211; Eat Before you get hungry (This keeps you from getting hungry and overeating).
#8211; Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement daily.
#8211; Take Sundays off as a free Day, give your body the rest it needs. Eat clean, no cheat meals.
#8211; 30 minutes minimum of exercise of your choice. Go for a walk, hike, bike ride, jog or swim at night before winding down. This will help boost fat burning.
